Faith in Jesus Christ
After the measure of faith given to all man by God to believe, in Him Jesus Christ, His Word what has been prophesied in the scriptures in Isaiah 53 (KJV) and accomplished by Jesus Christ according to 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 (KJV) and much more. This becomes the basis of our faith in Jesus Christ, in God. For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God. Not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them, Ephesians 2:8-9 (KJV).
We all, need to develop after the measure of faith given with the help of the Person of the Holy Spirit of the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, and through the hearing of God’s Word. Not of works, lest any man should boast. Consequently, it is imperative that we take a firm stand and engage in prayer with the measure of faith that resides within us. So faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God Romans 10:17 (KJV).
The Word of God
And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father) full of grace and truth John 1:14 (KJV).
The Baptism in the Person of the Holy Spirit
Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day. Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne;
He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption. This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses. Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.
For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, Until I make thy foes thy footstool. Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made the same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and.
Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do? Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call Acts 2:37-39 (KJV).
We receive the Person of the Holy Spirit in measures. In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise Ephesians 1:13 (KJV),
And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption Ephesians 4:30 (KJV).
The fist measure is to seal us unto the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob as His own. How more a faithful believer yields himself or herself to the Spirit of Jehovah El Shaddai (The God Almighty) the measure of the Person of the Holy Spirit will also increase in their life. For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him John 3:34 KJV.
God wants us to establish a matter by two or three witnesses, so also His Word. One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sinneth: at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established. Deuteronomy 19:15 (KJV).
Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little: For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people. To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear Isaiah 28:9-12 (KJV).
What than is means the faith of Jesus Christ?
That the saying might be fulfilled, which He spake, Of them which Thou gavest Me have I lost none John 18:9 (KJV).
These words spake Jesus, and lifted up His eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify Thy Son, that Thy Son also may glorify Thee:
As thou hast given Him power over all flesh, that He should give eternal life to as many as Thou hast given Him.
And this is life eternal, that they might know Thee the Only True God, and Jesus Christ, Whom Thou hast sent.
I have glorified Thee on the earth: I have finished the work which Thou gavest Me to do.
And now, O Father, glorify Thou me with Thine Own Self with the glory which I had with Thee before the world was.
I have manifested Thy Name unto the men which Thou gavest Me out of the world: Thine they were, and Thou gavest them Me; and they have kept Thy word.
Now they have known that all things whatsoever Thou hast given Me are of Thee.
For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest Me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came out from Thee, and they have believed that Thou didst send Me. I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which Thou hast given Me; for they are Thine. And all Mine are Thine, and Thine are Mine; and I am glorified in them.
And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to Thee. Holy Father, keep through Thine own name those whom thou hast given Me, that they may be one, as We are.
While I was with them in the world, I kept them in Thy name: those that Thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition (Judas goes to eternal damnation); that the scripture might be fulfilled.
And now come I to Thee; and these things I speak in the world, that they might have My joy fulfilled in themselves.
I have given them Thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.
I pray not that Thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that Thou shouldest keep them from the evil. They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is John 17 (KJV).
Remember the former things of old: for I am God (of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob), and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like Me, Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all My pleasure: Isaiah 46:9-10 (KJV).
Believe
This Amazing, Righteous God truly knows you, but you may have lost awareness of this because of how the world has shaped you through different circumstances and the traits inherited from your ancestors, and the plans, plots, schemes and devices of the devil.
Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations Jeremiah 1:5 (KJV).
Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth. And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.
When Jesus saw that the people came running together, he rebuked the foul spirit, saying unto him, Thou dumb and deaf spirit, I charge thee, come out of him, and enter no more into him Mark 9:23-25 (KJV).
